Tout, mais entre autre: Le jus d’orange frais pressé le matin. Les oeufs préparés à notre convenance, au petit-déjeuner. Le service journalier du nettoyage de l’appartement. Le jardin très arborés et soigné. La situation géographique de la villa. Un accueil des plus sympathique, le petit déjeuner nous a été offert à notre arrivée à 9.30 celui ci n’étant pas prévu. Et le must: les repas concoctés par Madame.

… Fantastic B&B, the location is very good in the costa Smeralda with all great ‘attractions’ close by. Yet it is very peacefully and quiet. The B&B is in an old house but perfectly renovated only a couple of years ago, they paid attention to every detail which makes it a luxury place. The swimming pool and view from it is very beautifull. The owners are very friendly and will make sure that you feel like staying in a 5 star hotel. Fransesca has a cooking degree and can make dinner on request. It’s very nice food made with local products, even from their own garden if possible. You should for sure try this when staying in the B&B.

Not only an excellent location and facilities – rooms, food, swimming pool etc but also real warmth from the hosts who made our first trip top Sardinia truly memorable and want to come back. Frederico and Francesca are excellent hosts – there rooms perfect, food some of the best I have tasted in Italy and location gives you access to some of the best beaches and coastline in Europe. We will be back

Everything was perfect from the magnificence of the house, to the cosy bedroom with a huge balcony, the infinity pool, the delicious breakfast (Francesca made the most delicious crepes for us), dinner outside was the best with quality ingredient and perfect cooking. We will miss this place and Francesca and Federico as well, thank you for making us feel at home!!

Very comfortable room, beautiful terrace and garden and stunning views towards the sea. The F Team of Federico and Francesca are simply the best hosts! Francesca’s cooking is superb – especially the chicken and fish with pasta dishes! The wine list may be short but Federico has selected some real Sardinian gems! All in all a perfect break. The property is a gorgeous Italian style villa with palm trees, flowers, a nice infinity pool and great views. The room follows the style of the villa, is quite big and comes with a huge balcony and the same stunning views. The bathroom is nice and has good quality toiletries including even sunscreen . The owners are also the ones taking care of your every need and are really friendly. Frederico makes a great cappuccino and has provided us snorkeling equipment and umbrellas. Francesca made the best omelette we had and great dinner dishes (you have to order in the morning as they only use fresh ingredients).
