Rooms
Check In: you can arrive at 16:30. You can ask for the Eary Check In option (you can have access to the room at 11:00 instead of 16:30). An additional 25% of the daily price will be charged.
Check Out: the room must be vacated by 10:00. You can ask for the Late Check Out option (you can leave the room at 16:00 instead of 10:00). An additional 25% of the daily price will be charged.
The rooms are cleaned every morning (if vacated by 11:30) and the linen are changed every 3 days.
It is not allowed smoking inside the rooms (you can do it in the outside areas)
The tap water is chlorinated but is not drinkable.
Do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper.
It is absolutely forbidden to bring food into the room (except to the apartment with kitchen).
For your kids under 2 years old will be request an extra fee of 15€/night. Please inform us at the moment of booking and you’ll find at your arrival a baby cot in your room and a baby chair will be at your disposal in the dining area.
Pool
The pool is available from 11:00 to 19:00.
It’s not allowed to stay at the pool after the check out.
The pool does not have an assistance service. To allow children to use the pool an adult must be present.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served on the patio from 8.00 to 9.30. Any special request should be done the day before.
City taxes
City taxes are paid for each overnight stay in accomodation facilities in the Municipality of Olbia (up to a maximum of 7 nights). It is 2,5 €/ night for each adult (over 16 years).
